Syrup to dilute : 1 part of concentrated preparation for granita Montaigu + 7 part of water
Milk-shake : 1 part of concentrated preparation for granita Montaigu + 7 part of milk
Toppings for ice creams

*Except for Strawberry and passion flavored granita.

** Use in a granita machine.Turn on the machine 1h30 to 2h before serving to obtain the desired texture.
